Moving from jQueryMobile

I got here from a post saying this would be a better option for JQM,
I'm building an app that should run on iOS, Android and Windows Phone,

it seems PhoneGap does not work with JQM on windows phone - all page navigation do not work and it seems to be a known issue, so I am looking for alternatives.

I downloaded this project, but I can't really wrap my head around it - all I am looking is for a nice wrapper with a nice mobile UI that will adapt and work on all 3 said devices and look & fell nice.

That said, I can't really follow what does that have to do with a data base, or if your solution will work on windows phone devices (read me file says IE is not supported).

Can anyone tell me if this project will do what I am looking for:
  1. provide a nice mobile UI and controls
  2. work on windows phone

Yeah, we got here from the same post and also took this framework. It seems new and immature, it does not support Windows Phone IE touch events and UI controls don't react to orientation changes as expected. Lots and lots of work to do, but it seems there is no alternative - jQuery mobile is just too heavy for PhoneGap apps.
